Acceptable Use Policy

What may not be posted, and what happens if it is.

Version 2026-07-26.1

HQ is a tool for work. This policy sets out what may not be done with it.

Not permitted

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that targets a person
  • Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination against people on the basis of a protected characteristic
  • Sexual content, including explicit imagery
  • Content that is illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity
  • Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — which we report to the relevant authorities without exception
  • Infringing someone else's intellectual property
  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach the security of the service or another workspace
  • Using the service to send unsolicited bulk messages
  • Impersonating another person or organisation

How this is enforced

Enforcement is primarily the Customer's own responsibility. Workspace owners and administrators have the tools — moderation settings, a review queue, the audit log, member management — and are best placed to act.

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review content, remove it, or suspend an account or workspace where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. A breach of this policy is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

We do not monitor content proactively on the Customer's behalf, and nothing in this policy should be read as a commitment to do so.

Reporting

Tell your workspace owner first — they can act immediately. For illegal content, or where the workspace owner is the problem, contact support@aioble.com.
